The cottage is self-contained, fully-furnished, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and is ideal for families or couples wanting to holiday together yet still retain some independence. The patio doors from this cottage open onto a picturesque private decking area with garden furniture, perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon tea.

This single-storey cottage has an entrance hall with the two bedrooms leading off either side. These can be made up as twin or double rooms to suit requirements. Further down the corridor is the bathroom including bath with overhead shower and WC. There is a lounge/diner – large open-plan room with  Smart TV, Free guest WIFI. Stunning views of the countryside from patio doors. Kitchen: with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, hob, washing machine, slim line dishwasher, microwave, kettle, ironing board and iron, and cutlery/cooking utensils. Outside: Decking/seating area with garden furniture.

Outside: This cottage is set within the enclosed grounds of Nutley Edge, which has 11 acres of rolling pasture and forest, comfortable outside seating areas, picnic tables and children’s play equipment, wildlife pond and stream with our own ‘pooh bridge’

Beech cottage is within 2 miles of Nutley village, which has a couple of great restaurants and a small convenience store, and the nearby town of Uckfield, with larger shops, pubs and amenities, including a cinema and indoor pool. This property is also only a short distance from the south coast, with the seaside resorts of Brighton and Eastbourne both less than an hour’s drive away.

Amenities: Free parking on the site. Bed linen, towels, WIFI and electric and central heating included. No smoking in the cottages. Pets welcome at £35 per dog, maximum of two per booking. Dogs  must be kept on a lead at all times with the exception of the designated dog paddock (at owners risk)
